A mound of black trash bags coverlets other items were dumped on a pavement behind a row of homes.

The mound of garbage bags and other trash were heaped up, smelled bad , attracting vermin . Looked almost like it had been someone sleeping rough as there was a suitcase and coverlet or sleeping bag . Looked to be about fifteen black large bin bags
