Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14123995.

There is a tree with its roots and this is lifting the path way, this has become very unlevel because of the roots. This makes I’d difficult to pass through for wheelchair users and buggy’s, please can something be done about this and the path levelled. I understand it will take time but it dose need doing.
