Barriers blown on Highway

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14123977.

Plastic Railings keep blowing onto Monkmoor Road SY2 5AG at the junction with Abbey foregate. need some weights on them. Blew onto someone's car as they were driving past.
