Deceased cat

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14123668.

Deceased cat, black and white in colour. Spotted at the side of the road on Bage Way, next to the curb. Spotted whilst driving to work and unable to pull over in a safe place to check for collar.
