Street light is shining into bedroom window since the light has been converted to LED.. please can it have a shield? It is shining into the house right opposite the light so needs are shield on the front edge of the light.. thank you

The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
