Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14123377.

We have had no contact from yourselves re the problem of drainage outside of our property. It is important someone arranges a site meeting so that we can explain the difficulties we are facing. Thank you nb. although we have been living in our property for over 3 years and paying council tax our property is not shown on your map

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
