Streetlight not working posing serious hazard

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14123276.

Works to replace temporary connection for the streetlight opposite 125 Ellesmere Road have stopped the light working. The pavement is in complete darkness yet has a raised platform over the temporary connection and the feet of bollards on the pavement. In the pitch dark, this poses a significant trip hazard as neither is visible. It’s a bad enough trip hazard in daylight. Please address as a matter of urgency before someone is seriously hurt.
