Burst mains water pipe

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122870.

Clean water is continously rising through the carriageway and beginning to break the surface up. Started approximately 16th of September. Can only be a burst mains water pipe at this point. Severn trent water need to attend ASAP.
