Dog fouling continuing for 5 years from residents on lime street Dog fouling on Pountney gardens and the limes most weeks. This is an ongoing problem as dog walkers continue to use public foot path through the limes as a dog fouling play ground which then continues dog fouling g on Pountney gardens
