Badly sunken inspection cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122858.

Travelling south, opposite the entrance to the lane to Nant-Y-Caws there is a badly sunken inspection cover ( not sure which utility) causing a deep pothole. The next inspection cover down the road is also sunken but not as badly.
