Flood on the road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122854.

There is a flood on the road that needs sorting ASAP. Every time it rains the road floods badly. Said there is a grid that goes into chamber (about 2 yards off the road) but find it difficult to find as a lot of soil on top.
