I have previously reported this alleyway to you on 30/05/23 and you closed the case on 05/06/23 with no resolution or actions taken. Please see images which do not highlight the full extent of the damage and uneven surface. This is now inaccessible to wheelchair users and buggys. It poses as a great health and safety risk due to the increased risk of falls. I met with both Andy Keyland and Chris Haslam yesterday who advised me that this area IS a shropshire council asset, particulalry as it has been tarmaced. I look forward to hearing from you and how this issue is going to be resolved going forward.
