Green light at crossing between Monkmoor roundabout and Severndale not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122797.

Heading from Monkmoor roundabout towards Severndale school the green light on the left side set of the crossing isn't working, unknown if the other bulbs work also.
