Over 2 weeks ago I reported that the street light between 30 & 23 Mill Street was not working,my mail was acknowledged by "fix my street", but nothing has been done. The street is dark as no light between the junction with Bell Lane, the junction of Camp Lane. In many places there are uneven paving slabs - the residents of Mill Street ar mostly OAP's, no light makes it dagerous. Please can you fix the light that has not worked since 2022- I am sure that you would wish aged Council tax payers safe. Veronica Leach.37 Mill Street.

Customer rang back in to follow up on this issue. She is very concerned about the elderly residents along Mill Street as it is left very dark without this light. I checked the map and it did have a target date of 16/10/23 for the repairs to be completed by. Customer would like to be updated by email when the works are likely to be completed by.

The street light (Z6) outside no 31/32 Mill Street, Ludlow, SY81BG, was fixed on Tuesday 5 December but unfortunately the old fitting has been replaced with, what I can only presume, is a LED bulb. It is extremely bright and penetrates the pull down blind and double thick curtains of the bedroom which is very detrimental to a good nights sleep. Is it possible to dim it slightly or reduce the hours of operation pls? Many thanks. Deborah Harris
