Lamp ID 10 on the footpath/walkway at the back of the properties has been out for some time

  • Customer rang back to check up on progress of repair to streetlight 10 as he was advised to contact us after a month if nothing has happened as contractors were waiting for a part. He asked if someone can contact him to update him on progress of repairs to the streetlight as soon as possible.

  • Have received another call chasing the request for the streetlight to be fixed. Still has not been done. Can you please chase Kier again for an update and let the customer know if there is a date for the issue to be resolved? Many thanks
