Street Light on dark lane not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122701.

It appears that the old - type street light has been replaced by an LED type and it is not working. There is currently broken glass in the lane, which I didn't notice with my torch when walking the dog. Please fix this a.s.a.p. as the light is essential to protect innocent pedestrians from numerous hazards, especially intoxicated individuals, broken glass and dog excrement.
