No road markings or junction

The council confirmed to me in writing several months ago that this junction would be dealt with in line with other works locally. No work has been carried out at this junction. Several accidents have occurred as well as a car being l pushed off the road because there is no junction marking, no stop sign or ”slow” markings. There has been a significant increase in traffic up to Morrells Woodfarm due to it being a venue for weddings and events. I have previously advised the council of all of this but no work has been carried out. Why not please?
