A boards obstructing pavement

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122460.

Outside cafe on Bellstone, could be Birds Nest Cafe belonging to the one in Market Hall. Its at the main entrance to Market Hall. A boards are obstructing the pavement for users.
