Missing information on sign

The missing information is a "No through road" symbol considering Carmen Avenue is a cul-de-sac only accessible from the junction with Portland Crescent. This is potentially confusing to drivers unfamiliar with the area also considering that the other end of the street cannot be seen from the junction and all but one of the other cul-de-sacs in the area have the required symbol on their signs. Judging by the close-up of the sign I supplied, the sign is in need of replacement anyway from its condition providing the opportunity to add a sign with the required symbol. If a replacement is not necessary, the required symbol could be provided by fixing a plate onto the existing sign's supports.
