Overgrown hedge on pavement.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14122040.

Hedge and grass overgrown on pavement opposite child’s playground has reduced pavement width considerably. Caused injury to elderly person who fell from mobility scooter after trying to use the pavement which was not wide enough due to overgrown hedge.
