Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14121989.

In around 10 weeks time the new medical centre will open its doors and once again the pothole's and crumbling road surface at the junction of High Street and the small culdisace , opposite the Coop, Once again Mobility Scooter's are being damaged in negotiating, white spray paint has been put around one section but this was quite sometime ago Once again urgent action required.
