Build up of foliage along kerbs in highway

All around Alveley side roads there is a build up of grass and other fauna. It is a long standing issue and as a result if and when the fauna is removed there are small holes/gullies left where the roots formed. This then later in the year fills yet again with dort and debris and the fauna grows back again.
