Black bags of rubbish have been accumulating on Hills Lane at the rear of Ten and Six, Shrewsbury. Now some tree branches have been added and more bags. Refuse lorries have passed this area several times and ignored it.

    This is my second report of rubbish gathering in Hills Lane, at the rear of Ten and Six Bar. This is an ongoing issue. Refuse collectors pass by this mess every week, surely they can remove it without residents here having to wait for a ‘fly tipping crew’ to come out. The bags are being added to daily.
