Large area of potholes and broken down surface

Large area of potholes, in excess of 100 have broken down the surface, it has caused damage to our vehicles using this road (which leads to our house so we have to use it) including damaged tyres, suspension and brakes. This was marked to be repaired over 12 months ago, I was contacted by Shropshire highways to advise they would be resurfacing but no work was ever completed. There is far more traffic following additional housing in Ditton Priors as this road is the shortest route, but somehow isn't considered a primary route.
