  • Light still not working, bulb is out, leaving tenants vulnerable, also health and safety issue in the dark

  • We have looked into this issue and can advise that the work required will be completed in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

  • Street light has been cut, new one needs fitting this is causing H&S issues for the tenants who are vulnerable who use mobility aids as they are unable to see due to light being out

  • Light still not working, it is a blind spot in the dark and a member of the public has nearly fallen. This has been going on since august and is a major health and safety issue now

  • Customer chasing up repairs to this streetlight as nearby resident has come close to falling over in the dark on several occasions recently and they need help as quickly as possible.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
