Far to bright

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting other issue category by Shropshire Council at 15:54, Fri 4 August 2023

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14120027.

Customer called as just had street light put in - but seems a lot brighter than the old one so effecting residents sleep and doesn't seem to have a timer on it so on all night - pls can we see if can have a shade/ cover on it to defect the light from the houses and see if a timer can be put on as well. its also seems to be making the late night traffic drive Quicker as they can see more so could make it dangerous for pedestrians trying to cross
