Access doors on street lights not correctly secured

Street lights 1, 2 and 3 have access doors which are not secured in the correct way - ie with cover with safety key or straps. All 3 are secured with various tape. This does not conform with the manufacturers standard and is dangerous as children could undo the tape and put their fingers inside the lamp. Also Therese streetlights do not have the warning label fix to them ( Danger electrical cable)
