Drains still blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14118063.

As reported 4 weeks ago, drains still blocked, every time we get heavy rain road floods, 2 cyclists nearly had accident due to flooding, drainage system needs updati g before serious accident occurs.

  • Customer called again about this flooding issue. His property flooded again on Friday. He needs someone to contact him about this ongoing problem. There appear to be several issues that need to be resolved to stop this happening.

  • Yet again we have drains blocked which if the rain had continued would have flooded our house yet again. Last time they were cleaned a report was sent by your staff sayi ng the drainage system was inadequate and needed looking at. Nothing has been do ne at all, This needs sorting asap, has been like this for years, 15 at least. Now getting fed up of inaction by SCC.
