Lane is in awful state - answers wanted

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14117417.

Customer called about the state of the road as he saw some men come along about 8 months ago to mark up areas of this lane and wants to know what work was supposed to have been done then and if it had been marked off as completed. He said that some more men came out 3 days ago and filled in some potholes, missing others. They said they were told that the lane is "on end of life" now and want to know what this means. The lane is in an awful state now and is virtually impassable and needs to be properly resurfaced. They want a response to properly answer the questions they have about these issues.
