Blocked drain causing effluent to flow down the street

The drain has been blocked for a couple of months. It smells disgusting and causes effluent to flow down Salop St. to the junction.

I sometimes have to keep my house windows closed because of the smell and I think the effluent is a health hazard on such a busy street (and close to the pub).

I've reported the problem to Severn Trent many times and only today have they bothered to look at my reports and let me know that it's the council's responsibility.
