The warning lights outside Norbury school are are out of order

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14115727.

This is a busy road with only a voluntary 30 mph ..Norbury school and nursery is situated on this 60 mph road. The school warning lights are out of order, this is high risk due to the number of cars parked at school drop off and pick up times and the lack of a pavement at this location.
