Overgrown tree

There is a tree that is very overgrown outside number 16 that needs cutting back.

  • I have taken a call chasing this query about the tree being overgrown. It isn't the bottom bit of the tree that is overgrown. It is the top bit, and the caller was told the previous owner had to phone us each year to get it trimmed back. It gets overgrown and causes a big mess everywhere.

    Can you please have a look again for the customer as it has been a further 2 months since it was checked?
