Filter arrow on traffic light not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14114789.

The green filter arrow on traffic lights (when turning right on to Wem road) has NOT been working for well over two weeks. This is causing chaos first thing in the mornings during the hours of 7-9 causing long delays thought shawbury village (a53) towards market Drayton.
