Number of potholes along road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14114391.

Customer asked if we can make sure that the road surface from Whitton School House along the lane past Rockhill Mill to Greete to Caynham Road needs resurfacing as there are a lot of deep potholes along there. Customer asked for a call back to let her know when someone will be coming to investigate.

  • We have looked into this issue and can advise that the work required will be completed in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

  • Customer called back as she hasn't heard anything else since previous call from Glen, and road surface is getting worse, especially after recent flash floods.

  • Customer called asking to speak to Glen about the problem. She has been advise that the job has been committed, and she asked if Glen could ring her back to advise when the work is likely to be done, she is getting concerned as it is getting urgent now.
