Pipe between drains Blocked/collapsed

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14114168.

A culvert on the rugbyclubs property feeds into a run off drain in the road. The water is backing up off the road into the rugby clibs culvert and flooding the pitch. The drains have had a camera put down them and found the pipe is blocked/collapsed between the 2 drains and therefore can't get away.
