Sunken surface

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14113252.

The surface is below the level of the drain gullies. The leads to a large puddle which develpos into a pothole. Previous repairs haven't been carried out satisfactorily so the proble keeps coming back
