Huge pothole entering Castle Farm Interchange from Castle Farm Way, TF2 9TB, near Shifnall Services.
Reported via desktop in the Carriageway pothole category anonymously at 11:27, Fri 21 April 2023 ; (there is no pin shown as the user did not use the map)
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14112420.
The pothole was huge and very deep. It immediately popped my tyre, causing it to shred. As I exited the roundabout and headed onto the M54, I had to then pull over and call the AA. I've since had to pay for a brand new tyre and the pothole has also chipped my brand new alloy wheels, which also need repairing.

The most horrific driving experience of my life and I’ve been driving for 25 years. I’m not from the area and I was travelling with my daughter on the evening of 20th April 2023. I drove through the pothole and my tyre immediately burst as I was exiting the roundabout and heading onto the M54 . I had to pullover and call the AA. New tyre purchased today (21st April). Pothole has damaged the alloy wheel rim which need further repairs.
