Pothole between lanes

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14112164.

Customer reported a large pothole on the Castle Farm Interchange roundabout between the lanes going to either Shifnal or Wolverhampton as you enter the roundabout from Castle Farm Road.
