Pot Hole

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14111948.

On round about as entering m54 motorway. Split tyre. Went down straightaway after splitting tyre.

Castle Farm Interchange Tf11 8tg

Had to pull over on motorway and called Rac. Had to have children on side of road awaiting for Rac in bad rain and wind. Was dangerous to be in vehicle on road. Very dangerous. Rac man said he has had 10 other similar call outs recently from same pot hole. Replacement of tyre that was split by pothole cost £170. I would like to claim for this damage. Please can you confirm how I process this. I can see pot hole has previously been reported to you on numerous occasions. This needs to be fixed before doing more damage or even worse resulting in dangerous accident on motorway. Date on incident - Tue 11th April
