Huge pothole..getting worse every day

I pass this every day and people are swerving it. It's getting bigger every day and causing damage to cars

  • On my commute over the last 6-7 months months there has been a sunken hole on the roundabout as you access the M54 at junction 4 heading towards Birmingham. This has become much bigger and deeper over time. Cars have to move across to straddle the hole and it is an accident waiting to happen if someone was to hit it on a pedal or motor bike if filled with rain water. It is so bad that this must have been reported, yet there are no signs that this is to be repaired or any marking to highlight it to road users.
