Traffic lights out of sync/timing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14110972.

Lights on the A53 don't allow vehicles to clear properly from the filter sign before showing as green for people travelling from Wem Rd. Quite often I will be coming from wem rd direction and there'll be still cars coming in from the A53 or vice versa.
