24 inch pothole at least 4inches deep near manhole cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14110105.

Part of road appears to be collapsing. Not sure how long it has been this bad. Will cause damage to vehicle wheels. Danger to cyclists and motorcyclists. Vehicles are swerving to avoid.
