Large pothole/ broken up surface surrounding manhole cover

This pothole has been here a week or more and is rapidly worsening. Same area of road is bumpy due to tee routes disturbing the road surface so now hazardous to car tyres. Located at Long Common in link Road to B4176 opposite field adjacent to The White House
