Previous repaired large area of potholes has holes yet again

Large area of tarmac has broken up yet again ,can it please be repaired properly once and for all.

  • IT IS NOT FIXED , AS OF 24/3/2023 at 15:00 It can only be avoided by driving over the white line and needs urgently fixing. CAN IT PLEASE BE FIXED
