Whenever there is rain flooding occurs. During flooding whenever vehicles pass there is a wave of flood water hitting passersby and causing disruption.

  • Risk to pedestrians. This flooding is forcing school children and pedestrians into oncoming traffic along a 20m stretch of this road. Refuse collectors are leaving bins in the road due to these floods, and some deliveries have been refused
