The recently patched pothole has opened up again

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14109349.

Two linked potholes that are as bad as they were before recent quick fix patch was applied.

Surface completely gone again. Suspect due to HGV construction traffic patch will not hold here.
