Drain blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14109159.

The drain on Church Lane has been an issue for several years being constantly blocked and causing flooding in the lane. This has been cleared twice recently the last being three days ago on 06,03,2023. Today it is completely blocked again with water running down the lane. The previous time it was done it was flooding again on the same day. Whilst we appreciate the attempts to clear the drain, it is clearly not working and is a waste of resources and money repeatedly trying the current methods. Can a plan be formulated please to rectify this problem permanently Kind regards.
