Light bulb not working.

I reported this light last September 21st and nothing as been done, I'm sorry but this is not good enough, you even sent me a email saying it had been fixed last week, this is nonsense. The street light is right outside, Rose Cottage, chapel lane , Quatford and needs replacing straight away as the lane as many retired older people living down it.
