Road surface completely deteriorated next to 30mph sign and passed “Bourton” sign further down

This corner has been in the same state now for as long as I can remember, certainly as long as 3 years and probably over 5. It has been damaging multiple of our personal vehicles as well as others located in the village through out that time. As a disabled person who has no choice to use this road to my home daily it is a massive inconvenience and cause of pain due to the road rattling the car. There has been an influx in the past two years of Artic Lorries delivering to Woodhouse Fields Chicken farm Via this road. Traffic of at least 6 lorries a day. The noise of the lorries hitting these pot holes can be heard in my home a good distance away which shows how rough the road itself is. If the road was maintained correctly these issues would not be occurring. Please can this be rectified soon as I feel this has gone on for long enough and the increasing traffic of HGVs using this route is will only cause more damage unless repaired properly.
