Request for bollards on grass verge

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14108453.

Customer is calling regarding the damage that is being caused to the grass verge. She states that tractors, large vehicles and trailers keep mounting the verge which is pushing the grass of the verge into a mound. They have put large rocks on the verge but doesn't want to be liable for any possible damage. Requesting the installation of plastic bollards on the verge to prevent vehicles causing this damage.
